Meet Kinkachi Ryotsu, Japan's most imcompetent cop, in this funny police movie based on Japan's longest running manga. As Tokyo is threatened by an unknown bomber, Ryotsu teams up with FBI bomb expert Lisa. And although Ryotsu seems to leave a trail of destruction everywhere he goes, in the end he proves not to be so incompetent at all. Recommended, if you want to watch something different that probably never will see a western release.
