Overall:
Video:
Video was a direct rip from the R2, absoloutely NO problems with pixelation and such. FANTASTIC.
Audio:
Perfect. Not only does the disc include a 2.0 track, it ALSO includes the 5.1 track from the R2 Disc.
Subtitle:
Well, the font was incredibly small, there were 2 instances of the subtitles going off the screen, and things like grunting were subtitled as "ouch". Not to mention the lack of punctuation in most lines. The subtitles were a TAD fast at times, and one line stayed for like, 2 minutes. Kept ALL the original names, with the exception of Crobat, which was subtitled as, and the question mark WAS there, (Original line: Ikkei, Crobat!) "go, Flatbat [?]" The question mark was even there in the Chinese subtitles. The grammar is pretty good overall, and everything is generally easy to understand.
Comment:
Menu: The menu was in Chinese (?) and so were the chapter stops, but nothing difficult to understand. Chapter Stops: Had all the chapter stops of the R2, about 13 overall. Boxart: Had the slipcover of the R2, with just 2 things edited. Discart: OMG the disc looked FANTASTIC. It's hard to explain, you have to see it for yourself. Overall: Fantastic set for any Pocket Monsters fan. Go get it! Strangely enough, I've only ever seen it for sale from ONE user on Ebay. And I haven't seen it for sale anywhere else.

Video:
As far as I can tell, it is flawless. It is probably taken straight from the R.2 DVD.
Audio:
Well, the audio is perfect also. No obvious problems here.
Subtitle:
The subtitles actually use accurate Japanese names! VERY little Engrish. There were a couple of places where the subtitlers had trouble figuring out exactly what the characters were saying, but nothing major (I can think of only about 2times). On some occasions, not all of the lines were subtitled, but that may just be my DVD player :P.
Comment:
I would reccomend this to any Pocket Monsters fan. Overall, it is very good. Too bad it doesn't include the short movie, too.
