the source is really good, must be laser disc or r2 dvd. unfortunately it shows heavy signs of compressions on pc screen. on my tv, on the other hand, it was really nice.

Subtitle:

the subs are, unfortunately, hk originals and old type ones...it means engrish a go-go, chinese names for everyone, sentences that don't make sense at all, timing issues etc. really a pity because it sorts the effect of losing the fun that comes from the narrator and charachters' voices

this serie comes in a generic gatefold, or at least mine is, but I bought it like 1 year and a half ago, so... it's an awesome funny histerical anime, from Akitarou Daichi, the beloved creator of Now and Then Here and There, Jubeichan and director of Fruits Basket, Kodocha, Kazemakase Tsukikage Ran, Elf Princess Rane, Sugoyo Masarusan. all in all a marvellous serie about everyday life of an elementary school guy and his weird family and teacher. I absolutely worship this anime. but the subs...yabeee.
