Like the first boxset, the video quality was very nicely done, none of the bluriness or distortions that annoy you on other animes. Character design was very well done, cute little girls with cute little guys, really, the kids look absolutely adorable!
Audio:
Excellent audio quality, the open and ending songs were just wonderful. Voice actors really did a superb job of bringing out the charcter in this series.

An excellent anime that I would highly recommend if you're into slap stick comedy, drama and a bit of teen romance. This is one enjoyable anime that I had fallen in love with, love the characters... especially Kyo ^^

The video quality was really excellent! but there were some noticeable dropouts from about 1 every 5 episodes. The video quality could be between R2 or a really good Vhs rip. Totally WAtchable and Enjoyable.
Audio:
The audio quality was very well done but.... it was kinda soft. So all you have to do is crank up the volume to hear. It is not completely low, but u need to crank it up to hear it. MUSIC IS VERY PRETTY!

This whole set didn't dissappoint me at all, because it had perfect subs. The ending was so SAD! :'(. But It is very enjoyable. Fruits Basket is an awesome anime for Shonen and Shoujos (boys and girls). ENJOY!

Same quality as the first set. Very good with some rare dropouts. Would have scored higher, but there are those translucent green bars.
Audio:
Sounded perfect on my simple stereo TV speakers.

Video and audio are the same quality as first sets, but on the second set you finally get decent subs. Storywise the mood of the series changes sometimes during this set, because there are some "fun" episodes thrown in. Personally, I like the serious and melancholic moments more. Still, highly recommended.

The audio and video are both of reasonable quality with only the least noticeable problems. The subtitles are much better than the first set. They use the Japanese names rather than translating them into engrish. The timing is almost right on (a few really quick sentances are the only poorly timed subs). The translation is right on and only suffers misspellings in one or two places. My wife and I really enjoyed watching this series together. It was easy to watch each episode by itself with only one or two episodes being weak. The whole series deals with different emotional crisis' that teens have to deal with, amplified by the whole turning into an animal thing. The stories are handled well without going over the top (usually) and keep enough humour in the mix to keep everything entertaining. I definitely recommend this series to people who enjoyed Love Hina and Fushigi Yuugi. It's not as good as either of those two but close enough to be put in the same class.
