Night Shift Nurse is probably the sickest anime i've seen to date. I though that the Blackmail series (hentai) was sick but I guess I didn't see nothing yet. Raping, enema, vibrator, humilation, felation, S&M stuff, sodomy, hell everything was there. But I can tell you that Ryoji is one hell of a sick man.
