Comment:
I totally hated this series, the preview and all insisted on some major actions between teh robots and all withan intriguing story behind it all. I think on all the episodes there's barely a 60 minutes of action in total on 520 minutes long series. first 3 episodes It got my intrigue but after that I couldn't wait for this to actually end. So boring that I must of slept through half of it lol. I don't intend to watch this series for at least a decade if not more because of it lacks of everything. Worse series ( in my point of view ) to have and imagine that I'm a high collector of these anime series, but this one is the worse of my collection.

Rip of the R1 DVDs, absolutely great...found no problems. Great Colours, Definition and hardly (if any) pixelation.
Audio:
Everything sounded OK to me. Contains both the original Japanese and Dubbed Version, i wathed the Japanese Version but the Dubbed also sounded OK.
Subtitle:
Well these are R1 rips... The only thing that kinda annyoed me is that in the first episodes some of the lines were in black, others in Yellow, don't know if it's like this in the original ... and sometimes there were 2 conversations going at once (one in the background) and those were both translatted, making sometimes 4 or 5 lines of subtitles...you had to make sure you were reading the Main Subs...apart from that they are great.
Comment:
Contains no Extras. Menus are in English. Great Set basically.

Video of this series is awesome. It's a direct rip of ADV's region 1 copies, so of course it looks good. However, I knocked it down .5 because I noticed some pixelation, most noticeably in later episodes (pretty much on disc 3). I guess this comes from cramming 9 or 8 episodes a disc. Still, the quality is very good, and the slight pixelation will hopefully not ruin your viewing pleasure. It didn't for mine :)
Audio:
I only watched the show in it's original language of Japanese, as I am not a fan of dubs. Anyways, the audio cme through clear and crisp. No noticeable distortion of voices or anything. Excellent job in this department.

Again, ince this is a direct rip of ADV's R1 release, the subtitles are great! Done by professional translators. I have a pretty decent knowledge of Japanese and didn't notice any problems with the translations. Great work here, too!

This show is... wierd 0_o I'm talking on the lines of Evangelion wierd (the last few episodes, at least). THis show was very confusing. I don't recommend this for people who are hoping to see so giant robots kicking the tar out of each other. It has a very deep story behind it and ALOT, and I highly stress that, of political backings. The whole mythological story behind the Gasaraki took my mind for a spin too. It wraps itself up in the end, but keep in mind this series involves a lot of thinking! Anyways, quick tidbits and stuff about the DVDs themselves. On the first DVD, in one episode, the subtitles froze and would not change. I fixed this by simply turning off the the subs and then turning them on and it was good as new. Don't know if it was just my player or the DVD itself. Also, on subtitles, when there is talking in the background, it is either subtitled in black for the first half of the show, making it nearly impossible to read, or simply the same font for the last half of the show, making it troublsome to know who's saying what. So be on the look out for these and make sure you're reading the important stuff! All openings and endings intact. There's a different opening for each episode. The song changes to a remix for 2 or 3 episodes. The ending is the same the whole series. There were no eyecatches midway through each episode. I'm assuming they're were none in the original version. Excellent release, and I highly recommend it!

This is a nearly flawless DVD set. The colors are vibrant and well defined, and I never saw any artificing or other image nasties. The subtitles are perfectly done and well timed as well, and for those who don't like subs there's an excellent dub. Unfortunately, while the backs of the boxes for the DVDs speak of extras, there are none in this set. The box set is visually gorgeous as well, with three seperate cases in a slipcase. It takes up a bit more space than the typical gatefold, but it looks very professional. If you like the show, you WANT this set. It's worth having.

Ripped right from the R1's. 99% macroblocking and pixilation free. Virtually perfect.
Audio:
Ditto.
Subtitle:
Subs are white on the first DVD, and secondary subs were black. DVD's 2 and 3 were yellow. Starting episode 14, the subs magically got smaller, but that's not a bad thing. These were ripped from the R1's and are nearly perfect.
Comment:
Interesting show, but lacks something. Heavily politics based, and deals greatly with the international economy. I'd give it a 4/5.

Video: Great colors, good detail, didn't notice much (if any) pixellation. It looks great. 5/5 Audio: No problems with the audio. Both English audio and Japanese audio sound fine. 5/5 Subs: Region 1 subs. Subs change in font color and size as the series goes on--I think the ADV DVDs did the same thing. Disc 1 has large white colored subs (and black subs if someone else was talking in the background) which can be a little hard to see depending on the scene. They switched to yellow on Disc 2, and made the font smaller about halfway on that disc. Otherwise, timing and spelling seem to be correct. End credits and Previews are subbed. The only imperfection is that the subs don't show up for the End Credits every single time, but that's real nit-picky. 5/5 Packaging: Comes with a box to hold the 3 individual plastic DVD cases for each volume. Artwork for the box is nice and comes with a plastic slipcover. Each cover for each volume uses artwork from the ADV releases, as do the discs. Extras: None of the extras from the ADV release made it here, despite the what the DVD snapcase covers say. Chapters: 1.) Opening 2.) Begin Episode 3.) Halfway Episode 4.) End Credits and a 5.) Preview for each episode. Episode Distribution: 8 Episodes on Discs 1 and 2, 9 on disc 3. A practically flawless rip of ADV's DVDs. Recommended for those who enjoyed the show.
