Studio: Video Animation Episodes: 1-5 (3 more in the series) Video: 5/5 Bright, colorful, crisp. Audio: 5/5 Clear and sharp. Subtitles: 5/5 Excellent HK originals, although some names are not quite correct (Kouryu/Anryu are Light and Dark Dragon, the literal translations. Their attacks are also literal. It's minor, though.) Chaptering: Prologue, OP, Part A, Part B, ED, Preview. Bonuses: Concert footage. I didn't watch it but it's supposedly there. Menus: Silent and still, in Chinese. Content: The show is there except for the last 3 episodes, which hadn't been made at the time. The last one is supposedly being released around December 2002 or January 2003. Impression: Excellent set and a good compilation of a needlessly-long TV series. Get this if you're into super heroes, super robots, or just general butt kicking.

This is the best $8 I've ever spent and one of the best single DVDs I have. This DVD is truly professional and can rival many of my R1s not to mention other HK DVDs. Check out the ratings. Video - 5/5 Flawless all the way through. Most definitely an R2 rip. Audio - 5/5 No problems here Subs - 5/5 PERFECT SUBS!! Either they used fansub scripts or AV is getting too good. I really can't tell for sure because AV has become so good with their original subs recently. But the bottom line is there is like 2 misspellings in all 5 eps, all the names are correct including mecha names, character names, and attack names. There's one timing problem in episode 1 where one of the lines comes up before it is said but that's all. The timing for the rest of the episodes are dead on. Extras - Textless opening, unsubbed live concert ( with the guy who sings the opening song and 3 of the seiyuu from the show including Guy of course ) and character sketches. All OPs and EDs are in place and perfectly subbed. It's all here. You can't go wrong. And if you're a GGG fan like me, this is a dream come true. AV IS TOO NICE!!!
