This appears to be a rip of an R1 release. Video and Audio are top quality. The dubs border on terrible but they're in there. The subs have great timing and excellent translations. The content is pretty tame as far as hentai goes but there is a decent story about a girl with a split personality. There isn't any pixelation at all in this release. The camera angles are such that you can't see any genitals in any of the shots so it ends up being a soft core flick. Not bad over all. Not my first pick but a lot better than some I've seen.
