You're under arrest is about 2 policewomen of the traffic department doing their all day life and job. While it does not sound too exited, it is pretty amusing to watch.
The chara design comes from the same person as Ah! My Goddess. And it is those really extraordinary characters, that makes the series funto watch. There is no normal person, but a lot of weirdos.
You won't find monsters or superheros in this show, but if you watch it, you definetly won't miss them.<br />
