Overall:
Video:
The video is really crappy-especially compared to the ADV release, there's too much color bleeding-especially red, macroblocking up the ass, I guess this a bad cable rip-you can see a lot of ghosting in the opening.
Audio:
Really good although I noticed that there was an odd echoing effect depending on what sound decoding scheme I used on my reciever. I had the best luck with Circle Surround 5.1 on the music setting. It might be AC3 5.1-but it still sounds odd.
Subtitle:
The 1st part had really good subs but here in the second part they were horrible, way too much engrish and horrible spelling and grammer.
Comment:
This an unusual series, both for the length of the episodes and the social commentary mixed in the story. I enjoyed it a lot. If you can overlook the video and audio problems-otherwise don't waste your money-just get the ADV release.

Video:
Same comment as for Part 1: It's an older series, so that may be part of why it doesn't look as impressive, but it's not pixellated and fairly clean.
Audio:
Again, same quality as Part 1: sounds good, with no easily discernable problems.
Subtitle:
Ouch, we hit some problems here. A so-so HK Original translation. Timing is good, but the wording is Engrishy and all of the names are off (like Ranga is now "Lanco"). Wouldn't be so bad, but the dialogue is a tad bit more sophisticated than usual with all of the politics and gods involved.
Comment:
The Engrishy subs (with the off-names) made this part of the series harder to enjoy. Also, in terms of story and pacing, the middle of the season feels like filler while the beginning and end are pretty good and fairly interesting. Better subs would've gone a long way to help.
