Video 5/5 - What a great transfer. There was absolutely no flaws whatsoever. The amazing thing was that the animation was superb. Way above average for a title of this kind.

Packaging 4/5 - Nice artwork on the cover. That was what got me to buy it in the first place. Though the back has too many shots of the series that it makes you look like a super freak if anybody saw it. ^_^ Content 3/5 - What is the major selling point of this disc? I'd say it would have to be the over the top sex that would make Joe Average puke, and drop kick his defiled TV. Though we're anime fans, right? We have Wicked City and Urotsuki Doji. We can handle it. At least I hope. ^_^ This is definately not for the light hearted, scenes include water being pumped into a woman's rear until she deficates all of the floor, and a transfering urine from a woman that's on the floor, back to her mouth via a kiss. ^_^ It has some scenes that would even make Rick James, the Super Freak himself, wonder. I have a cast iron stomach so it didn't bother me (I ate while watching this, though I did shutter when looking at the butter on my bagel). The story itself wasn't overly interesting though the ending did have an interesting, albeit predictable twist. Character designs were decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. The nurses were incredibley beautiful, while the doctor was a well drawn pervert/rapist. I expected the doctor to change through out the series, but found the nurses were more dynamic (Doctor Hargasaki was static). The story had some creepy physcological implications, though the story was somewhat fantastic (the nurses never go to the cops after being raped. Well then we'd have a 1 episode series spanning 17 minutes. Who would want that? ~_^). I have never though of half the things that the story contains (well I never imagined that putting glass balls in a women's unmentionables was really that erotic). The series seemed like it didn't really know what it wanted to be, it threw some fun moments, into a suspense story, that was completely swamped with God awful scenes of extreme rape. Episode 5 did approve immensely because it decided to take a different route from the rest and do away with the constant raping for scenes for willing love making. Replayability 1/5 - I don't think I am going to revisit this. I've decided that the series isn't the best hentai has to offer, and is only good for the occassional gross out it will give your friends. Overall - This is fine if you want to see things you thought were the un-imaginable, than go for it. It's only $11.50. Nightshift Nurses DVD is the American release of this series with about 20 minutes of footage gone!!!! CPM plans to release the last 2 episodes uncut some time in the future. This disc can provide some laughs if you watch it with friends. Take turns creating names for the various sexual positions while watching. In one scene a nurse shoves eggs into her private area, only to have the demented doctor bang her until it slides out as a mashed mass of yellow goo. I named it the "Scrambled Eggs of San Francisco". I also named one the "Flooded Hershey Highway" but I'll let you ponder that among the other scholars. NOTE : THIS DISC DIDN'T WORK IN MY PIONEER DV-333 BUT IT DID WORK IN MY SAMSUNG DVD/VCR combo.

First of all, I'd like to say that I have onlyseen TWO hentai titles in my entire lifetime. This and Waver. Now, I thought Waver was a good show. This on the other hand, is not. As the previous reviewer said the scene where that poor girl gets water pumped into her rectum is UTTERLY disgusting... -_- (To tell you the truth, I don't really consider Waver hentai, but many folks do.) Video-- (4/5) The video was nice. I'm not sure how they did it to be honest! Not some of the bet I've ever seen, but definatly worth while. Audio-- (3.2/5) Ick! This audio was really spooky. *_* It popped on and off quite a bit, and it was really annoying. *_* Content-- (1/5) Okay! The only reason I give it a one out of five is because, I hate to say it, it was a bit arrousing. Horrible, but at some points I couldn't help but be arroused. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one for rape (As a matter of fact, I'm totally against it.) but pretty much anything arouses me, so... :^P ANYWHO! If you enjoy hardcore rape-hentai, then this is the title for you! Otherwise, stay away. Save up your money, and buy the Studio Ghibli Set!

Karte ? AV (Peacock Animation?) This title is NASTY and sadistic. You will see practically everything imaginable in detail with this release. I was actually glad there was a mosaic around in many parts. I certainly wouldn?t want to be a janitor at that hospital? Video: Looked fine in my Apex DVD player and Pioneer DVD-ROM. Might be a DVD source? Audio: Sounded OK on my systems. Stereo. Lots of sound effects of gushings from every body orifice possible. The background music was pretty nice versus the images on the screen. Content: This is about the nastiest hentai title I have seen so far. The doctor has really unsanitary ?tastes.? SM titles aren?t nearly as bad to me after seeing this. It has all 5 episodes on it for your viewing pleasure. The ending credits were cut from all the episodes except the last one. The Doctor knew how to play the nurses to do what he wanted them to do... Subs: The subs were very understandable. There were lots of typos, but regular names instead of Chinese names were used. Subs were missing for around a minute in the second episode, but I figured out what was going on. Hentai was translated as crazy in one part? :D Overall: I am going to go throw up now. If you like this kind of title, then go for it, it?s got all kind of stuff in it. It has no missing episodes. It did have a story to it, and the ending had a neat twist to it. I don?t think I will look at cell phones the same anymore, and I think I may carry an umbrella even when it isn?t raining? Video: Okay I guess. Not too good but not bad. At least the video didn't act up though. Audio: good. Subs: Translation is okay, however, the font is too small and too yellow. Content: HORRIBLE!!! This is the worst thing that could ever be animated. It's gross! May be I'm not used to hentai but...oh god, don't ever pick it up. Save that $11.5 to buy some other anime titles. I so regret buying it. Heck, what was I thinking. No words can describe how disgusting it is.
