It's an older series, so that may be part of why it doesn't look as impressive, but it's not pixellated and fairly clean.

Comment:
Each episode is only 10 minutes long (not counting opening and closing). I liked the way the season opened and how it ended, but a lot of the stuff in between felt like filler. Part 1 of Neo Ranga is on the only 3 discs, by the way, with eight 10-minute long episodes per disc.
