Well, that's the thing, they can't show genitals, so they use tentacles. I hear a lot of their strange ideas come from laws instituted in the 70's. It caused a lot of sexual repression on the society and lots of wrong stuff started popping up; cause as everyone should know (almost) anything naughty in the sexual arena is makes it hotter. That would explain the rape and the monsters and cousins thing, but it is only what I think, which is why I am asking the question.

Ha ha, I've seen the original Japanese version of Discipline (without subtitles, didn't know what the hell was going on). The stupid part is when a chick is covered in like a gallon of the (hmm, how to make this PG-13) "white stuff" and they blur out her spot. That just seems a little bass-ackwards to me. :confused:

Of course the anime depiction is a huge exaggeration but it is in line with other exaggerated anime emotions and i guess gradually became a convention in anime.

I love it when a character has some sort of wound on his head and blood starts coming out throught that wound as well, like a little fountain. It's hilarious!
