Excel saga yes or no?

i enjoied the first three episodes but im not shure im going to make the investment. by the way hav you seen lain? i watched the whole thing in one evening and was very confused untill the last episode.

Yes and you gotta know bits of anime culture to understand quite a few of the jokes

Otherwise it's definitely for people who think they're dead whacky

I did not like FLCL or Excel Saga. Both bored me out of my skull and i did not laugh once. If you didn't like the first 3 eps... u prob won't like the remaining 23...

I saw the entire series and found Excel enjoyable, though the last 2 episodes (not counting the infamous "episode 27") dragged the little.

However, I found its OAV spinoff, "Puni Puni Poemy", to be quite a bore -- didn't even smile once.
