Agreed. People won't watch anime even though it's good. Though they will watch a show like SBSP because it's suppousedly cool to. Same with Invader Zim. Stuff like that would have pissed me off, but now things don't bother me. Trust me, when you get older, in school you hit the groud running. I'm looking at colleges, and I have to make sure I can get in.

Most of the people at my school loved poke'mon at some point, & they didn't even know it was anime, they just liked it to be cool. Now if you talk about anime it's like what's that? You name off some titles & they reconies Poke'mon & DBZ. An as for DBZ it's like "My little cousin watches that." I just say that's just the cut version the real one has blood & swearing (I learned not to mention porn when it comes to any anime :? It's thought of a kind of sickening thing to even know about.

Also the one kid who knew way more about anime than me went over to the dark side. He cashed in all his video games for weights, his life for "popular" friends, & his soul for a girl friend. And he says loosers give up...

Nothing wrong with weights. I also don't play videogames anymore (no time, though I enjoy THPS). Though I never would try and be someone I wasn't. Who knows what he wanted, but if he's happier so be it. Who cares? It's all good in the end, because he gave up on the best hobby possible and you haven't.

Tip for that kid: Girls will like you anyways. I like plenty of girls (and they like me ^_^), when you're just yourself. It sounds weird, but some girl talked to me for 30+ mins. on Ayumi Hamasaki, and she thought it was so cool that I can appreciate foreign music. Score!!!! ^_^

He claims he's happy, but has to keep reminding himself not to be a nerd again. And to be popular he has to date people that judges by how you are, & not who you are. I remember back when he used to call me gay, & I would tell him, that him & all his friends were gay, & his reason they weren't gay & I had to be was because they had girl friends. Which is a real great excuse considering he loved all his girl friens he's had, you know the first one he broke up with 3 times or more. Another that I think after he broke up with his best friens went out with her, & then he did again, & now he's supposivly found the girl for her (yes I like to call him a girl.) I guess he still watches DBZ considering he claims he can rip off my arm, yet he can't beat me at arm westling (we tied).

Some of those High School couples are pretty pitiful. I've been single for a long time and been really happy. I remember my sophmore year in high school , 5 or so girls asked me to go to the Junior Prom. Yes I was one of those quiet guys that never had a girlfriend and was far from "cool".

The difference of slaughtering sheep, & humans.

With life comes the dreaded teeth of reality that we all must come across at sometime or other. The difference is when the sheep are blinded & being lead to be slaughtered the farmer knows how stupid the sheep is, knowing there's nothing the sheep can do to stop them. Which is the
mistake, when you think of the sheep as they are, weak, you drop your guard to their simple mindedness. So when the sheep puts up the smallest resistance such as tripping on a stone, they no long have to worry about having their head hacked off. But, with the humans the executioner
knows how not only does reality not hurt them because they know how it is, but they are bright. With that knowledge the killer never drops his/her gurad & pursues the humans even more than the stupid sheep. Although one day the humans shall feast on the sheep when they finally hit the jagged teeth. In conclusion... have fun on my dinner plate.[/siz]

Strange but good. I think you're more of an English guy than a Math guy. Am I wrong? I'm the complete opposite, always loved math and science. I'm going to Pharmacy school in about two years.
