The term "Bukkake" comes from the combination of the words "Butsu"-to hit, and "Kakeru"-to splash (one of its many definitions). So basically you combine them to get "Bukkakeru"-to hit and splash. It then turned into the noun "Bukkake". The word "Butsu" implies force. So "Bukkake" would mean to: Forcefully expel a fluid. So I'm sure you guys can figure out where the sexual meaning comes from.
