Ok here is the word got decent or excellent subs... (coming from Ishkawa Japanese buddy) He says it looks like they just took the englich script and placed it at the bottom. Now that means it's true to form but he goes on to say that the Japanese audio conflicts with the subs... So we have for once a rareity a Japanese Anime written in America (funded by American fans) that now has a altered Japanese Audio but word for word script Subs...

The choice is up to you...

Ok I'll make it as simple as this...
The subs are word for word from the script of the original English release.
But the Japanese audio (for people like kakoi) doesn't always match the subs. It's the exact opposite of the norm. Example...

DBZ Majin Buu series Where Babidi uses his mind control on Vegeta. This is the Japanese Audio with English/funamtion subs.
Babidi says "I will now use my power to turn him back into a dark prince"
Japanese Audio with true/direct subs
Babidi really said "I will now unlock his true power"

It's that kind of subtle changes that will stand out to Kakoi but will mean little to nothing to those who don't understand Japanese...

Oh and before I forget Ishkawa said the voice actor changed from the original VHD... I'll check it out...

Thanks for the info. It will have nice "English" subs at least. Maybe I can get my brother to watch with me. Yeah right, that show is too old for him so he probably wouldn't watch it. 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O
