I bought this from a very reliable ebayer. He says it's great quality. It is an english dub with the R1 extras. Any ideas about this one????:confused:

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone has seen Wonderful Days yet. I am dying to find out if it is as good as it looks and I hope I am not setting myself up for a disappointment. Haven't really seen any anime movie or series that I consider really good since Cowboy Bebop. I found out about this one from a post by NYxCalm. Checked out the trailer and it looks, well, *WONDERFUL*.

Must say, it seems great looking anime is no longer only limited to Japanese releases.

Can anyone confirm if the Ichi dvd listed in the store is a rip of the uncut R2 (worldwide cinema version) or the R3 (universe laser & video co.) ?

The uncut version should run about 2h08 minutes and contains scenes such as the infamous nipples cuting scene, the upclose shot of Kakihara cutting is tongue, etc.

There's too many gory scenes so i'll stop there. If it's the uncut it'll be on my purchase list for sure.

I just wondered how many of you guys use emulators, and what system you are trying to emulate. Personally I love emulators, because I can have all of my old nintendo games (and some I don't own. ) on my computer with absoulutely no "blowing" into the cartidge. Life is grand.

From now on i will lock or delete any new dub vs subs thread.. We all have our opinions and we all tend to get a little fired up with defending our own opinion which generally makes it anti productive.

We all know both sides of the Arguement but neither side is right or wrong because its all Opinions and noones opinion can be wrong.. So basically watch what you perfer and don't flame others for liking to watch anime differently then yourself.

Does anyone know if Viz is going to put out the art books for Kenshin in English? It would only make me really mad if they don't because the "real" last part of the manga is only in 2 of theses books (Yahiko's Sakabatou and Cherry Blossoms in the Spring.) So If anyone has any info, please let me know

I've just got MAC Kenshin perfect set, and my question is, should I watch it DUB or SUB?

Since this is a long series, I don't think I have time to watch both. Also, I'm not the fastest reader there is (I can read at decent speed, but I'm one of those ppl who really want to catch every single action/image).

I don't know anything about the quality(voice actors) of Eng. dub (I believe MAC used R1 rip), or the quality of fan sub.

Anyone have any recommendation?
