Well, I'll probably get flamed for writing in AD, but ok, here goes:
Does any happen to know if the subs of the first two volumes of Full Metal Alchemist are any good. I hear a lot of people talknig about how they watch stuff, but don't feel like writing a review, & I was wondering if that was the case with this seires.

I've read the Manga up to about volume 2 I believe, & ever since I heard their was an anime being produced I've been going crazy of it, but I'm afriad it will turn out like the HxH with bad subs, but also like HxH, if it follows the storyline of the Manga I guess I could make some sense of it.

I've been looking for a good space opera epic for a while now and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. The one that I've seen the most about is Crest Of The Stars and if anyone can comment on that as well, that would be fabulous too. Not really looking for mech-type stuff, just a nice involving story with lots of big-ass ships and good characters. Thanks.

I've done a forum search and haven't found anthing else relating to this, so I was wondering if anyone here knows of anything relating to Grey: Digital Target on DVD. From google searching I have established that there is a french version with french subs (French Grey: Digital Target ), and of course the old VIZ VHS (which I had but died last century), but nothing of use to an english speaking only person wanting it on DVD.

Any clues? Or any way to get the french ones and cut my own with english subs :p

I'm a pretty big Tagami fan, and there is not a lot of his about. I have a lot of his manga (including Grey).

French Grey: Digital Target

Can anybody tell me if it's worth it to see Death and Rebirth if you've already seen the tv series? Is it just a rehash of what's already happened? I've got the series on order and I was wondering whether to pick this up too.

I'm a huge Love Hina fan, but the R1 DVDs are way too costly for me to even think of buying them (at least C$45 each). I've been trying to find a good place to buy the series, but on many sites, I've found a 3-disc set, all-region containing the entire 25 episode series.

I'm new to the import disk thing, so is it possible / probable / likely / certain that this is a HK set?

Also, why are there only 3 discs, while there are 6 R1 discs containing the same episodes? This is confusing me...

Curious if anyone owns the Battle Stage for Initial D and if it's worth the ten or so dollars. I enjoy the battle parts and I do feel kind of pissed off that there's so much dialouge interupting them, so, what exactly is the Battle Stage all about? Thanks.

So I got this GBA Rom, played it for a bit, its like condensed version of the TV series? is the English Love Hina Advance I have a fan made translation or did they release it here?
