my worst pain was when i broke my arm i was racing my sister down the street on a bike and when it was almost over she decided to give up and pulled infrot of me and i hit her flew off my bike over the handle bars and into a bush after hitting the little divider wall that was the point i broke the arm it hurt like a bitch. when you brake something its the worst feeling. also back spasm i hate when my back after working out like cramps up and i cant move its like this sharp stabbing pain like i was stabbed 40 times in 10 seconds. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i hate that.
