The thing is Gainax is fairly creative. They could have made many other good shows by now. They don't need to go back to Evangelion. Look at FLCL. That is some good stuff. Big Grin

Well, it could simply be the case that they didn't necessarily have plans to do it, but it was incited by the fans.
