I can't log in to get to the store.

I am having problems logging in to the store everytime I try it takes me to a Import Anime page without any content on it. Then when I click on the store it ask me to log in again.

Make sure your that the cookies option for your browser is allowing the website to transmit cookies to your pc. If you are using Internet Exploter do the following:

1) Click on Tools
2) Then, Internet Options
3)Within the Internet Options, click on Privacy and then select Sites
4) Type in http://www.import-anime.com and select Allow and then click OK

This should fix it....If not PM or Post a reply

Have you been able to log in to the store? I just tried what you suggested with the same results. I am having the same problem with firefox.:confused:

I can't log in ethier. I'v tried Opera, Firebox & IE. I never have problems with my cookies or anything.

I even got a new account because I thought maybe I forgot the password or something, still can't log in.


[edit]- I got it to work after reading that other thread. http://www.import-anime.com:84/ works. Very strange.

You should be able to use the http://www.import-anime.com URL now. I fixed the issues with our hosting provider that was causing login issues.
