SVCD Digisubs

It has always supprised and annoyed me that a $200 Sony or a $400 Harmon/Kardon DVD player can't handel SVCDs (or sometimes even VCDs), yet the $56 Apex DVD player at Walmart will play just about anything, short of a 45rpm record.

Well a 200$ sony or 400$ harmon gardon will always beat out an apex player in video and sound quality, options and features. As for compability with SVCDs I really don't know why more DVD players support it, as mentioned ealier in this thread, it is very easy for all dvd players to play SVCDs, must be pirating issue, don't wanna repeat what happened with mp3s. Try the header trick if all else fails, it can't hurt.

Anyways, dvd players are kinda like girls, the cheap ones let anything enter them, the fancy ones are pickier about what goes into them.
