Complaining here about MAC's more frequent use of DVD5 won't get you anywhere. Why don't you complain to where it matters? Send MAC email and tell them it sucks.

Already been done. They say its no difference in quality 'if' encoded right (which is BS) or they reply with they will look into it. Having a normal conversation with them is hard if not impossible, they just say what you wanna hear.

If you are going to write them to complain try to write the letter as profession as posible. If you write and just rant it might get deleted before they finish the letter, if you do it professionally they might not change right now but you have a better chance of someone noticing the letter
