Anyone know if the fansubs you buy from other online sites are basically dvd quality like the naruto eps you can get off bearshare?

If they're more than 4-5 episodes per disk, then no, they aren't written out in DVD quality, unless they are using double layer disks and those disks are about $10 apiece, so I seriously doubt they're using those for fansubs.
