I think I offended him. It was probably one of his favorite games. As for Ippo, I beat the damn bear IN 55 SECONDS. I decided to rush him and punch it was great. I also gave Eiji Date the beating of his life it was excellent. I am hopelessly addicted to that game. :x 8O 8O

The only game stre I've found that had an interesting persn wrking there was Babbages (or something like that). The guy there seemed as though he had played every game there, altough I think it's becuase he spent a lot of time reading on Game Faqs. And another good thing he wasn't afraid to tell people when a game sucked, or just wasn't for them, where as some stores will be like, yeah it's a great game.

Finding someone who actually gives a damn and knows about the product(and will tell you if a game completely blows) is a rarity. Most people in game stores see thier position there as a JOB rather than "Oh my god I get to work around video games all the time". It is a sad state. There used to be decent people working at the EB closest to me but all of them were fired too bad. 8O 8O

babbages IS EB isn't it? or they're almost 1 in the same.....

as for the employees that work their.... they always seem to be 'one console fanboys'..... meaning they only like 1 of the new systems.... so they'll generally trash all other systems.....

another thing that annoys the HELL out of me.... is when you go in to buy NFL2k3 and they constantly try talking you into buying madden2003 instead...... when BY FAR NFL2k3 kicks that sorry excuse for a football games ASS this year!!!!!

yet somehow it's STILL outselling poor ol NFL2k3 u_u

but i'd LOVE to work at EB.... why? cause i'm a BEYOND huge gaming freak, and i'd actually be of HELP to people..... not just relying on whatever the computer tells me....

That sux. There is an EB every 10 minutes where I live. They recently remodeled the one closest to me and fired all the old employees for a set of cock suckers. When they first *re-opened it* they were like..hey buy this, hey buy that, hey we suck!!!
Now they just stand there scrathing their heads. :roll:
