how long should i expect to wait for a confirmation e-mail?

I live in North Carolina, USA. I pay by paypal and get confirmation that my order is being shipped within a day or 2. Of my 3 orders the longest it every took for delivery was 6 days.

I just got my order and I got my Pay Pal confirmation about a week ago. These are good guys, so don't worry about it. It was probably just a snafu with the mail system.
