Hey, my internet provider said my pc is sending spam to other. So i was just wondering if this has anything to do with bittorrent, and those anyone know of a good virus scan to use, or a program to check remove or prevent this from happening. it can be free or i can buy it so please help me i don't want to get cut off.

ad-aware, spybot, Hijackthis, CWShredder, some computer know-how, turn off Outlook.

don't you just love your registry files being modified with out you knowing it, i love it so much.

you can check out ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de which is free.. You can also go to http://www.mcafee.com and i think they have a free online virus scanning or you can purchase there Internet Security suite which has Privacy guarding / Firewall / Virusscanner..

Also you can do a search for Free Firewalls or Free Antivirus software which there are some decent ones out there..
