i not a big fan of most soundtracks except some anime, and here is my top 5:

1. flcl / fooly cooly
2. cowboy bebop
3. hellsing
4. rurouni kenshin (tv)
5. neon genesis evangelion

I haven't heard 5 :\. Though... from what I did hear and like.. I can say..

1. Cowboy Bebop (basically all of the main osts, havent heard the remix ones though)
2. Hellsing

I'm going to look into the FLCL soundtrack. I just watched the series yesterday and liked it.
