captain Harlock

I have been looking or sometime for the Original Captain Harlock series ( sometimes called Captain Herlock ) ( 1978 or the US version 1990 ) I know a new series is being released in the US I think it was made in 2002 or 2003- any way, would like these on DVD- either one or both-- I am curious why it was released in Japan a year or two ago with no HK version ( maybe there is and I just cant find it )-- by the way I do have Harlock Saga ( R1) and Arcadia of my youth (R1- japanese language- wish this had English voices ) any help is appreciated- I also just ordered Harmegedon ( also by rintaro )

The DVDs for the 1978 Harlock TV series just came out in Japan, a month or two ago at the latest. Keep your fingers crossed that a HK version will be forthcoming (don't you wish those guys took requests?).
