I know there are two MI version of the HKDVD for Karte:

Version 0.5: Blue cover (the one I own)
Version 1.0: Pink cover

What's the difference between both version ???

can you be more specific? with links to items?

I mean there are MI AV versions which are basically repacks of R2 rip, while the uncensored version R1 rip is different, being uncensored BUT alot of content cut out due to the extreme nature and to appease the North American porn standards ~_~
