I assure you guys that I am not the guy on the other message board, and that I am not a narc. I swear, but i completely respect your wishes to not tell me. I was simply curious as to how online stores were ordering these releases, and where i could contact these people, should I choose to distro them too.

As some have already pointed out, it would only be worth while for you if you are planning to order in bulk. If you are planning to distribute, for you to have a reasonable margin, you'be looking into ordering at least 1,500 discs per order.
If you are just buying DVDs for your own consumption, keep in mind that you'd have to order in the vicinity of 20~30 discs, for the prices to be tad lower than those you'd be paying from IA or some of the other sites.
The only rationale for you to try to order from them directly would be if you want to get your hands on stuff that is no longer available, i.e. licensed by ADV or FUNimation.
That being said, here's the info:
MAC/AC/AS
http://www.animegod.com (click on 'contact us')
AC/MI
http://www.anime-cartoon.com (click on 'contact us')
FX (don't bother! Flora, it seems, is not looking for new business. Unless, you are ready to order huge amounts of discs, then maybe you will elicit a response from him)
Cheers!

One guy runs it, but doesn't make the DVDs himself.
MAC I believe has their DVDs made by whoever answers the messages in the Contact Me section of their page.
