I know this is off-topic, but according to "Bob Oblong" in rec.arts.animation, the new "Rocky & Bulwinkle" R1 DVD has a dreaded feature that is commonplace on HK DVDs -- watermarks:

(inside the box there is a picture of Bullwinkle with the saying "Hello Low IQs" ... I feel like a low IQ type after buying this DVD.
