how many female's like anime

What bothers me about Anime fandom in general is that when it came to people I knew in real life, it's hard to find someone who likes anime as much as I do and in the same way. I know all too many artfags out there that love anime only because it's deeper than American cartoons (yea, the "I love everything Japanese no matter how crude or rediculous it is" people (Click here: Example))

THe other people were the types that knew about as much about anime as they their nose was long, the types of people who only watched Cartoon network and then those who accosted me for liking it.

I actually know a couple of poeple that like anime alot. Me and my friend Eddie both buy alot of stuff, so we borrow alot from each other. He only buys R1's, so I'm limited on my HK's. I got another acquaintance who used to buy alot of HK's, but now he only D/L stuff, so I cna't borrow from him anymore. Aside from them though, I know what Kakomu means.

The sad thing was that I've only known 2 other people that downloaded Anime...and neither downloaded anything near the amount I did... No One else bought anime DVDs, so people tried to borrow everything from me. It was annoying to say the least.

I have a friend of mine that does that. Me and Eddie call them moochers and they have to wait until we're done watching each others stuff before they can have it.

I only know 3 girls that watch anime.

And as for that link to the nerd page, it's the stupidest piece of sh!t I've ever read about, how dare they explain my ex friends like that! , but really, just because the guys I used to hang out with think they're goth, & call themselves otakus doesn't mean they should cause the whole "race" to be drug down with them.

Above, with my friends being an example of how I understand why people would dislike nerds like that, but talk about judgemental. I fit into all the catigories, accept for the fact I'm not a gochic poser, sure people think I am, but I have the scars to prove it , & please don't say all goths cut themselves, I had to go through that crap with one of my other friends, I'm not goth, I don't cut myself, but BLAH!

Sorry for getting off topic, but really, all my old friends fit on that website.

As for any anime fans being as big of a fan as I am, I only know one of them around here, David Boccia, he's into EVERYTHING. He has limited actcess, he watches everything me, Luke Luke, & his brother will loan him, & everything he can find on tv. He also pays great detail to everything about the show.

I think it was 60% of wemen admit wanting to be raped, or something like that, or maybe it was 60% openly admit masterbaiting, & 40% say they want to be raped????? I'm lost, it's one or the other, I know it's 60% about the masterbation thing, just not sure about the rape thing.

Yeah, the only time I've ever been able to get Lonely Monkey to talk about female masterbation is with vegitables. Carrots, & cucumbers. She was saying she didn't understand why wemen would do that, & then started to list more vegies taht could be used. Now that I think back to it, I think she needs mental help sometimes.

You're close on what you remember about women and rape but not quite right. The big difference is that 60% of women FANTASIZE about being raped, not WANT to be raped.
That's a BIG difference. In a fantasy, it's easy to romantasize things and believe that a rapist might actually pay attention to the womans needs. Fortunately, most women realize that the reality of rape and the fantasy of rape are vastly different things and don't put themselves in positions that are vulnarable to being raped.

I've actually had this discussion with a number of my girlfriends over the years and even my wife admits to having fantasies. Every single one of them, however, believes there is not punishment strong enough for a rapist.

OK... maybe I'm just a prude or something but I personally don't feel that this forum is the place to discuss women and vegetables (or men and vegetables for that matter). There are plenty of free adult forums available on the internet that this topic would be more at home in.

This started out about women liking anime and I could see the topic branching out with the rape subject but I'm not sure how veggies fit in (I know where they fit in... just not how).
