So at the moment he just isn't aware as to if this was requested by someone else, or if the government did this of their own accord.
It's not as if that that really makes much of a difference, does it? I mean, either way, the government is ultimately responsible for making the decision in terms of wether or not to charge him.
Also he is doing pretty good in lite on the situation. Talked to him last night and saying that his lawyer is going to his preliminary hearing's or what ever they are called and said that it would be fast and that JJ wouldn't need to go. The lawyer is trying to get his travel restrictions removed too.
