We are hoping that we will only have to shut down the store section and will be able to keep the rest of the site running as nothing there is illegal.

Well, that being right now the best possible out come at this point (along with JJ getting a slap on the wrist (please)), how would it be paid for? I doubt you could run adds for a forum, so it's gonna come out of someones pocket. I'd be glad to help out, as long as it was something that I could afford. Alas, with some good news comes clarity, and a bit more sadness.
