Memento is actually on my list of movies to buy, along with Equlibrium & I wish I could find a copy of Ricky 6, but alas it's not inprint & the only dvd release I can find is a fan ed. bootleg.
I just watched American Psycho again and what the co-writer pointed out was that Patrick Bateman is Sean Bateman's brother. Sean Bateman is one of the main characters from Rules of Attraction, which is just a very cool fact to know. Also she said that in the book Patrick talks with his mother & brother.
If any of you have never seen Rules of Attraction I would definetly suggest you watch it. It's a stroy about sex, drugs, & love in college. The director did an excellent job, everything about it was just top notch. I have it on dvd somewhere.
Yeah I knew about the Rules of Attraction thing! I liked the movie, but I don't think it stands up to repeated veiwings!! It's really well done though, a really good adaptation...
I didn't think they'd shot any of 'Boondock 2' that some's been shot and is out there is a good thing I guess, perhaps we'll see it someday...
I've seen Ricky 6 (it was on TV over here about a year ago) I like that sort of true crime kind of thing, I hope it get's a DVD release, but alot of films like that go straight into syndication and are rarely seen again
I didn't like Equilibrium when I first saw it, but enjoyed it more the second time around, I think I went in expecting soething and was disappointed when I got something else, I think it's a solid 3 star movie though...
