You say it is one of the worst anime you've ever seen (quite emphatically at that) but you don't give a single reason why you feel that way. What is it about the show that bothered you so much.
Personally, I feel the show is overrated but I still enjoyed watching it and felt that the direction and quality of animation still stands up when compared to many of the newer anime using better animation techniques. The voice acting for the English dub certainly isn't the worst I've ever heard.
Those are some strong points of the show without even getting into what sort of tale the series was trying to tell. I guess if I were expecting something like DBZ then I would certainly be dissapointed with the series because most of the struggles are internal with the characters rather than just the cool big fight scenes with the Angels or even the other EVA pilots.
What is it that makes you respond so strongly to say that this is the WORST anime ever made?
