My current top 10. 
Granted I may edit this after this thread goes back into hibernation and gets resurrected again out of nowhere. 
1. Voices of a Distant Star (great mix of mechs and a chick flick all in 25 min.)
2. Hellsing (:eek: go Crispin Freeman!)
3. X TV (possibly the best fantasy series I've seen)
4. Last Exile (was a little slow in figuring out this was great)
5. Rurouni Kenshin Trust & Betrayal OVA ( the gore, the love, the tragedy - depressing, but awesome)
6. Lunar Legend Tsukihime (:confused: leaves a lot of questions but great anyways)
7. Gundam Seed ( possibly the best gundam has to offer, great soundtrack too!)
8. GunParade March (FMP with a world war feeling and better love story)
9. Fruits Basket (:o if Tohru was a real person and about my age, I'd marry her)
