Excuse me, but I still don't understand what he did wrong. If that terrorist wanted to live he could have surrendered like his partner did. Instead, he decided to play dead in the hopes that he could later ambush and kill those marines. I notice NBC never said anything about the other terrorist that was there that surrendered and the soldiers took prisoner. They wern't bloodthirsty people shooting everything that moved, the soldier saw a clear threat and shot him.

And Newsmax can be pretty right leaning, I don't get a whole lot from there. However, they do have good articles at time.
