They are 100% creative, concept and production all by me. Yes, I do make revenue off my artwork. I sell some of my pieces, so if someone takes one of my pieces and says that it is theirs, they are stealing.
well, those would be hard copies I assume, unless you really sell JPGs to people. Otherwise, it would be fraudulent, but it's not stealing in the sense of the word.
