Because we all know America went to hell in a handbasket when clinton was in office... Oh wait! That's right, we prospered economically, and securely! That's right, as much as Fox would love to paint clinton as neutering the Army, he actually built it into something that Bush could use to invade countries with! The economy grew like never before with a surplus! Anyways, whatever is popular means that the people want it, right? Well, I can't see how having the president do what the people wants is a bad thing. I mean, it is FOR the people BY the people. THe people want XYZ and it can be delivered. Unlike with Bush, who furthers his own selfish agenda. hell, he has pissed off quite a few people in his own party. Not to mention the ruin the economy had been in when Bush has been in office. When he took office the dollar was almost 1 for 1 with the pound now it's 1 for 2! You'd be best doing more of your research from places other than Fox. I reccomend the Economist and the BBC, mostly because they're overseas reporters and look to gain nothing from either politician.

Lastly, your overzealous desire to harm protesters shows how unAmerican you really are. They are protesting the war because they don't believe that it was waged with the right intensions, nor do they believe that their tax dollars and family members should be expended to fight an empty war (which was touted with nothing but lies). Before you even go with the "they're soldiers, they know they can die" bullshit, you should realize that just because they know that soldiers die does NOT mean that they should have their card pulled! But, to want to kill people just because they think what the gov is doing is wrong shows that you are no better than slime! Voltaire said it best: "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.". I think you're a piece of shit for wanting to stifle and kill them!
