I don't know if I have a favorite HK set, I mean they're HK's!!!!
I guess if I had to choose one, I'd say Initial D simply because the R1's are crap and this was a wonderful series that I otherwise would have passed on after hearing the dubs.
As for my favorite anime set, it would be my LE Cowboy Bebop R1 set.
