Unless they are box sets, you won't get that high of a price.

Cowboy bebop Vol 1-6, average sells for $150.
Limited Edition Box Set Cowboy Bebop: ave: $250.

Evangelion vol 1-8: $69-$79
Eva Box Set: $79-100

Trigun Vol. 1-7 : $ 65-$80
Complete R1 Box Set: $90-120

That's the average final price I see on Ebay.
