Help a new Convert decide (First post)

I'm compiling a list now from all these recommendations, there are so many. Newbie overloaded

So yeah for now I will buy Cowboy Bebop Series and Movie from this fine site, I will start looking for downloadable episodes of some of the ones you've recommended that I think sound like my thing and perhaps buy a few of those if I like what I see.
