1) 39 episodes on TV + 3 movies
2) Yes. It's pretty much stopped being made.
3) On HKDVD, all episodes and movies are done. Most are really nice. On R1 DVD, none are released although from the sounds of it, I don't think I'm going to pick up the R1s (what Tokyopop did to it is scary I hear).
