A most intriguing query Batz...
Ok, here's the thing. I personally don't crowd surf as: 1) It is a bit of a passe trend that you'd hope would be reserved for more chaotic shows, but never is, 2) You lose your freakin' spot. Anyone knows it's damn hard to work your way up to the front again. 3) I myself am a bit of a portly gentleman and don't wish to cause anyone serious injuries, hehe.
I do however think it might be possible to get it on while surfing. Generally at major shows that attract a wide variety of people, you never know what behaviors will cause problems. You might be able to smoke all the m*******a you wanted, for example, at a 311 show, but trying that at a Dave Matthews concert might get you narced on. I've never been, but I'd imagine smaller or even local punk shows have far less in the way of rules and regulations.
At big shows a girl can get "busted" and asked to leave or come with the security guy for simply flashing her chests, but at the same time you might be burning one down while your buddy records the show on video and never be tagged. Some people manage to discreetly get it on while amidst a large crowd (on solid ground) although I can't imagine really enjoying that. I think it depends on the venue and where you are and who you are around. For example, I would not try any such thing at an outdoor festival show as those places aren't built for crowd surfing in the first place. And I would probably try and keep it towards the dead center of the audience, not towards the front for sure, (you'd have some explaining to do when the guards pulled you down) and nothing around the fight pits. The crazier the show, I'd assume, the more acceptant the atmosphere, but also all the more perilous the surf.
The problem with the idea is that you are basically at the mercy of the crowd as to where and when you are moved around. Many, many people would be involved in your passage and it is likely that many will notice and some will have problems with it, setting the stage for all kinds of dropping-you-related-disasters. Also, crowd surfing is a very volatile sport and one really gets tossed, turned, and grabbed/poked in ways one might not realize one could. I can't tell you how many times I have been beaned by crowd surfers getting thrown around way too fast or rolling over too much and kicking me square in the face. Now add another surfer and make it so they both have to be intertwined and at least partly naked for the ride. Not very likely it would seem. I'd bet, at any rate, that you'd probably get "handled" by more guys than you'd care to remember.
Still, it is all in the execution, and I'm certain it could work with the right methods. Keep in mind, though, that the idea is to be aroused, and you would likely be doing this in front of thousands of people. Talk about your performance anxieties. Also if you're going to attempt it, watch-out for any video cameras that may be filming the event if you don't want your ass on tape for posterity. I'd avoid songs that use those bright, bright spotlights on the crowd too as they could easily give you away.
Y'know for hygene's sake I can't recommend any of this in good conscience, hehe, but if y'all do try, try to do it right. And tell us all if you do for God's sake!
Oh yeah, also Junior Senior. It's been like 11 consecutive hours now listening to "Move Your Feet". Damn I gotta kick the habit!
