I just bought the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Soundtrack and I must say it is amazing! It was done by Yoko Kanno, of Cowboy BeBop Fame. It's not quite as good as the Cowboy BeBop Soundtrack in my opinion but it's a much different style of music. Whereas Cowboy BeBop was based on blues music Ghost is more rock/techno inspired.
I also got the "Katana" soundtrack to Samurai Champloo (came with the DVD). It's really awesome if you like hip hop inspired beats. There's some amazing mixes on there. When I listen to it in my car it makes me drive fast

Yeh I got the Bebop CD Collection, the 4 Disc one, its amazing stuff
Other OST's i listen to: Berserk, Samurai Champloo & Hikaru no Go

Crap you mean there are 4 discs? Which one am I missing? I have Blue, No disc and
Cowboy Bebop. Other OSTs to listen to are Spriggan, Escaflowne, Hellsing, Dual Parallel
Trouble Adventure. I believe that is it. Oh yeah its not exactly anime but the soundtrack to
legend of Dragoon is good too.

I can't believe no one has mentioned the FLCL OST Addict it's awesome
i will be getting boogiepop phantom which i hear is good
other then that bebop is great
chobits has cool sounding music the anime isn't super great but it's ok
and i wanna hear the trigun ost and i bet outlaw stars is good
oh and evangellion i wanna get really bad now

Hell yeah, w00t for FLCL. Just about anything else with AKFG or L'arc en Ciel is pretty good, as well as some T.M. Revolution, like the Gundam Seed OST.

Giant Robo, got some soundtracks for it the other day, great stuff, definatly Masamichi Amano's best work. I like the .Hack//Sign soundtrack even though I don't own it. Escaflowne has a pretty good soundtrack too. Kenshin has some good tunes, Berserk has a cool yet really weird soundtrack, Some nice work from "The Pillows" on the FLCL soundtrack, all good stuff.

While I don't own any of the OST, I have downloaded most of the songs from Naruto. Naruto really has some great music in it. High-lights would be Wind, Alive, Haruka Kanata, GO, and Seishun Kyousoukyoku (even though it seriously sounds like porno music in the beginning
) Almost all of the themes are cool to study to as well.

I liked the Key the Metal Idol Soundtrack.
Bebop was amung my favorites though. I also liked Revolutionary Girl Utena music (mainly series, not movie)
Berserk was pretty good too.

The Guyver series had a good soundtrack.
P.S Giant Robo may have the best soundtrack I have ever heard. I'm listing to 'The Tragedy of Bashtarlle (Opera style). And I am aware that Amano didn't create it but it's his version.
