Most of the women I've talked to have some sort of a rape fantasy.

Just because you fantasize about something doesn't mean that you're going to follow through with it. Morals are what keep us treating each other reasonably.
That's one of the big things I like about Hentai. They can do things that real people won't or can't do. I'm not sure how you would convince a flesh and blood porn star to have sex with a tentacled monster. Or have magically growing phalli from hot babes.
