I really want to see Chobits and Furi Kuri

Hey, by the way, is Chobits any good anyone? I mean, I acknowledge that it's a well done series for some, but everything I've ever seen or read about it (previews etc.) lead me to believe it's barbie's playhouse. Is it so cutesy flowery pink that it would make a Bebop/Hellsing fan gag? Or is it fairly universal in it's fuzzy warm appeal?

I wrote a synopsis on it, check it out, although I myself only have read the mangas

Nah, it's more guy orientated. It's a great series - very funny. :mrgreen:

All time favourite would be Laputa

Anime Series..its a hard one but i do like Cowboy Bebop a lot, Fruits Basket, and Escaflowne

however, it changes all the time since it depends on what kind of mood I'am in, but Laputa is my all time favourite

Chobits is pretty good, it has a bit too much filler episodes though, its even got 2 recap episodes which to me are a complete waste of time especially if you get it on dvd instead of watching it on TV. It concluded pretty good though, Chii is adorable

yeah, recap episodes suck, I sometimes just will skip them if I am watching the set all the way through.

The recap episodes are cute, though :wink:

I never skip them. For posterity's sake. :mrgreen:

Yeah, I can see the side of that, but they just seem useless
